Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 12/08/2026 Last Updated: 12/08/2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ColorDrop Pro ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you download and use our mobile game (the "App"). We built this App with your privacy in mind: the App itself does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or location. The only information involved is the advertising identifier on your device, which is used to deliver relevant ads through Google AdMob, as described below.

By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, physical address, or in-app account details.

The only data involved is:

  • Advertising Identifiers — such as Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) or Google's Advertising ID (GAID/AAID). These are device-level identifiers, not tied to your name or contact details, and are used solely to serve and measure advertising within the App.

We do not collect precise location data, contact lists, photos, camera or microphone data, or any other device data beyond what is described above.

2. How We Use Information

The advertising identifier is used exclusively to:

  • Deliver ads within the App through Google AdMob

  • Personalize (target) ads based on your interests and app usage, where permitted

  • Measure ad performance and prevent fraud

We do not use this information for any purpose beyond serving ads through AdMob, and we do not combine it with any other personal data because we do not collect any.

3. Third-Party Advertising: Google AdMob

We use Google AdMob, a service provided by Google, to display ads in the App. AdMob may collect and process advertising identifiers and related technical data (such as device type, general region, and app interaction data) in accordance with Google's own privacy practices.

Google acts as an independent data controller/processor for the ad-serving activities it performs. We encourage you to review:

AdMob may also work with additional third-party ad networks and exchanges as part of its mediation service. These partners may independently collect advertising identifiers to serve ads. A current list of Google's ad technology partners is available at the links above.

4. Your Privacy Choices

4.1 Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

If you use the App on an iOS device (iOS 14.5 or later), you will be shown Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before any tracking-enabled advertising identifier (IDFA) is accessed. This prompt asks whether you allow the App to track you across other companies' apps and websites.

  • If you select "Ask App Not to Track," the App and AdMob will not access your IDFA, and you will only receive non-personalized ads (where technically possible).

  • If you select "Allow," the App may use your IDFA to help deliver personalized ads through AdMob.

You can change this permission at any time by going to: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your iOS device, and toggling tracking permissions for the App.

4.2 Android Advertising ID

On Android devices, you can limit ad personalization or reset your Advertising ID by going to: Settings → Google → Ads, and selecting "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization."

4.3 General Ad Preferences

You may also manage ad personalization directly through Google at: https://adssettings.google.com

5. Your Rights Under GDPR (European Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the following rights regarding any data processed on your behalf (primarily via AdMob):

  • Right to access — request confirmation of what data is processed

  • Right to rectification — correct inaccurate data

  • Right to erasure — request deletion of data ("right to be forgotten")

  • Right to restrict processing

  • Right to data portability

  • Right to object to processing, including for advertising/profiling purposes

  • Right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing

Legal basis for processing: Where advertising identifiers are used for personalized advertising, we rely on your consent, obtained through Google's EU-approved consent mechanism (Google's EU User Consent Policy / IAB Transparency & Consent Framework) presented within the App. You may withdraw consent at any time through the in-app consent settings or ad-settings link above.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [Contact Email]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

6. Your Rights Under CCPA/CPRA (California Residents)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information (including identifiers such as advertising IDs) is collected, used, and disclosed

  • Delete personal information collected about you, subject to certain exceptions

  • Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information, including for cross-context behavioral/targeted advertising

  • Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

  • Correct inaccurate personal information

Under CCPA/CPRA, the sharing of advertising identifiers with AdMob for personalized advertising may be considered a "sale" or "share" of personal information. You can opt out at any time using the in-app ad consent tool (if presented) or your device-level ad settings described in Section 4.

To exercise your CCPA/CPRA rights, contact us at [Contact Email]. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If our App is classified or marketed as intended for a general or mixed audience that may include children, ad personalization may be automatically disabled or restricted for users identified as children, consistent with Google AdMob's policies and applicable laws such as COPPA. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us so we can address it.

8. Data Retention

Because we do not collect personal data directly, we do not retain any personal data ourselves. Advertising identifiers processed by Google AdMob are retained according to Google's own data retention practices, as described in Google's Privacy Policy.

9. International Data Transfers

Advertising data processed through AdMob may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where Google and its partners operate. Google maintains appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for international transfers of data originating in the EEA/UK.

10. Security

While we do not store personal data ourselves, we rely on Google AdMob's industry-standard security practices for any advertising data it processes. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
